7. Conditions for Processing Personal Data
7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the data subject.
7.2. Processing is required to achieve objectives specified in international treaties or laws of the Russian Federation, or to carry out functions, powers, and responsibilities assigned to the Operator by law.
7.3. Processing is necessary for the administration of justice, enforcement of court rulings, or acts by other authorities in accordance with enforcement laws.
7.4. Processing is required to fulfill a contract involving the data subject as a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, or to enter into such a contract at the initiative of the data subject.
7.5. Processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or to pursue socially significant objectives, provided it does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
7.6. Processing involves personal data that has been made publicly available by the data subject or at their request.
7.7. Processing involves data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure under federal law.
8. Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing Procedures
The Operator ensures the security of personal data through legal, organizational, and technical measures in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8.1. The Operator ensures the security and confidentiality of personal data and prevents unauthorized access.
8.2. Personal data will never be transferred to third parties except as required by law or with the data subject’s consent, such as to fulfill a civil contract.
8.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are found, the User may update their data by sending an email to liberty-group.help@gmail.com with the subject line “Updating Personal Data.”
8.4. The duration of processing is determined by the purpose of collection unless otherwise specified by contract or law.
The User may revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to liberty-group.help@gmail.com with the subject line “Revocation of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
8.5. All information collected by third-party services (e.g., payment systems, communication providers) is stored and processed according to their terms and privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of such third parties.
8.6. Any restrictions imposed by the data subject regarding the transfer or processing of publicly available data do not apply when processing is done for governmental, public, or legally mandated purposes under Russian law.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during processing.
8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a format that allows identification only as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by federal law or contract.
8.9. Processing may be terminated upon achieving the processing goals, expiration or withdrawal of consent, a request by the data subject, or the discovery of unlawful processing.
9. Actions Taken by the Operator with Collected Data
9.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
9.2. The Operator conducts automated processing, with or without information exchange over telecommunications networks.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Prior to initiating cross-border data transfers, the Operator must notify the authorized data protection authority.
10.2. Before such notification, the Operator must obtain appropriate assurances from foreign authorities, individuals, or legal entities receiving the data.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and any other parties with access to personal data must not disclose or share it without the data subject’s consent unless otherwise required by federal law.

12.1. Users may request clarification on data processing by contacting the Operator via email at

12.2. Any changes to this policy will be reflected in this document. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
